Aila's recent hobbies

Much to catch up on since the move, but we're slowing settling in. Now that we have hardwood floors throughout the house (a big positive yay!), Aila has been riding her tricycle around in the house. Recently, I found her using her lego car parts for makeshift roller skates, so we went to go buy her a set. She was so pleased to have knee pads too, and basically wore the gear all the time, even for sleeping. 

She's pretty good hobbling around the house on her skates now.

Exploring the Mission: there are times when I'm walking around with Aila (usually on errands), and stop to appreciate simple moments like walking down Mission in San Francisco. City girl : )

Cooking: more than T, Aila shows interest in helping me cook. "Help" is a generous word here, but I don't want to discourage her.

 Bonus: Aila wanting to be "baby" so Gran Marie made a comfy napping basket for her.
