So that foreign language speakers may have access to information on Kitamoto City, the free online translation tool Google Translate has been implemented to the Kitamoto City website.
However, because the translation tool is automated, there is a possibility that the translation may not be accurate.
Please be aware that Kitamoto City cannot be held responsible for any mistakes that may occur due to error in translation.

From the Kitamoto City  website. Click on English to see, well, you'll see. The Letter to the Mayor is pretty awkward, as well as the Contruction of a restroom at the park closed for Kids.

Thanks for the link! I'd be worried about this sort of trend, as someone who makes his money by translating websites and the like, but the sort of government that budgets zero money for its multilingual site isn't exactly the sort of client I'd be scrambling to get in the first place. I suppose it's all good. :-)
