Already end of January??

I'm alive and well! Just busy. Mainly getting used to our complicated mornings and evenings where Dav and I figure out how to get T to and from school. I'm happily in my 2nd week at work, and even though we start early here, everyone works late because we're in start-up mode, and communication with Tokyo starts at 5pm. I'm the only local American in the office (there are 8 others, all who just flew in from the Tokyo office 2 weeks ago). I'm the only who slinks out early. So far, pretty much Dav is dealing with T's commute but there is juggling for sure.

However, it is all so worth it. I love what I'm doing - for now it's a combo of positions and changing daily as needs change. I'm getting to do a lot, and it's just fascinating to see how we're going to build up our brand and service.
