Quiche-making with T

    

Looks lovely and calm. The quiche did come out. But boy, was it hard to have T help me. I envisioned her learning about cooking (ie. showing her the visual steps in the book), but in reality, I was constantly hovering over her and stopping her from destroying my dough. She made a mess, then got bored in the middle.

Michelle told me about a trick. Next time, I'll give her a bowl of mush to play around as she pleases (vs. not-too-kneaded dough that must be kept cold)

Either way, it was fun to share this with Ms. T.
