Visiting my uncle David and aunt Ollie and grandmother Laura. David has a boat and he took us for a spin. Quite pretty and the speed boat was fun!

Note the silos sticking out of the water. The lake is the result of a dam and flooded a lot of farm land.

late posting This was from a few days ago at Willmington, NC, a nice coastal town. We went to visit Dav's good friend Todd. At a bar, I spotted some smart looking Navy cadets. The beach was beautiful.

back in SF Having sushi at Country Station in the Mission. Good to be back. But I didn't tell you about how my cats had a hissy fit while I was gone...Most likely the 'accidents' left around the house were by Katsuo (the brother) but let's just say that I got some steam cleaning to do. I frantically had to hire a pro cat sitter to baby them after my poor housemates called to say the cats were clearly unhappy inspite their efforts. I still love 'em and it sure is nice to be with them. Actually, I am waiting at a table...
