Rachel and I went to a new cafe to do market research. As I job hunt, I'm also looking into what it takes to open a cafe...A dream I've had for some time. One with a Japanese element. Just thinking...At this cafe they serve ochazuke (rice with green tea poured over it with seasoning added - usually a quick late night snack) and matcha soy shakes. I want to offer desserts and drinks with high quality matcha...
