I'm up early today. Having a nice big hot cup of tea (with milk and honey) in my favorite mug that I got in Okinawa. The cats are up too...Wakame sitting on the table, Katsuo by the floor close by. I feel like a kid on the first day of school. I've been able to sleep in ever since I moved to SF and it sure feels good to get an earlier start with the day. Cuz you know what? I'm going to work! : )
As promised earlier, I will give details. I think I need to wait until I actually sit at a desk and start working. This opportunity is so cool that I still can't believe it. You'll see why soon; it makes so much sense since I've already been kind of involved from way back in Tokyo.

I should have bought you a new cinnamon roll lunchbox for your first day!
xoxo

Did you name your cats after the siblings in Sazaesan?

Hi!
Thanks for the encouragement. Yup, it's sure cool to have the cats wake out of their slumber (and they are true sack artists) to just 'hang' with me. And yes, they are named after Sazaesan. I swear, their personalities match the cartoon characters too: Wakame is all coy, spoiled, and acts cute. Katsuo is a tom boy but demands more of my attention than Waka.I know I've spoiled them, but it's not like their gonna grow up and be egomaniac rulers...so I enjoy letting them be how they are : )
